Just a no nonsense self exercise and self instruction, long term, alone will have forced the change.With the well established protocol of the Buteyko method itself, they tell you to expect to do hours daily of exercises for one month for every year you have had asthma, the longer, the more ingrained, and harder to make the new program stick. As of now, even though the cause is known the correction is totally self discipline (classes and guidance help) that is totally up to you.
